TL;DR

Location: On-site in New York

Compensation Range: $80K - $100K

What you will do

  • Proactively generate top-of-funnel opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Research and identify target banks and credit unions that align with company solutions.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure high-quality opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking pipeline activity and outreach metrics.
  • Experiment with messaging and outreach strategies to maximize engagement.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or sales development (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services).
  • Must be based in New York for full-time on-site work.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and engaging senior executives in financial institutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple outreach sequences.
  • High resilience and persistence in building relationships and overcoming objections.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
