Compensation Range: $80K - $100K

What you will do
- Proactively generate top-of-funnel opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Research and identify target banks and credit unions that align with company solutions.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure high-quality opportunities for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking pipeline activity and outreach metrics.
- Experiment with messaging and outreach strategies to maximize engagement.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or sales development (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services).
- Must be based in New York for full-time on-site work.
- Comfortable making cold calls and engaging senior executives in financial institutions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple outreach sequences.
- High resilience and persistence in building relationships and overcoming objections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
