What you will do
- Identify and target key stakeholders and decision-makers across technology, operations, and executive leadership in the restaurant sector.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification and funnel building to negotiating financial terms and closing.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution presentations to align Xenial technology with customer goals.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Implementation teams to craft tailored proposals and RFP responses.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and revenue projections within Salesforce.
- Develop senior-level customer relationships through consultative selling and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management within B2B or restaurant technology.
- Proven track record of closing large, strategic accounts with multi-location customers.
- Experience responding to RFPs and negotiating complex, long-term contracts.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience working specifically with large, multi-location restaurant brands.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite of products.
