What you will do

  • Identify and target key stakeholders and decision-makers across technology, operations, and executive leadership in the restaurant sector.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification and funnel building to negotiating financial terms and closing.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution presentations to align Xenial technology with customer goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Implementation teams to craft tailored proposals and RFP responses.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and revenue projections within Salesforce.
  • Develop senior-level customer relationships through consultative selling and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management within B2B or restaurant technology.
  • Proven track record of closing large, strategic accounts with multi-location customers.
  • Experience responding to RFPs and negotiating complex, long-term contracts.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience working specifically with large, multi-location restaurant brands.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite of products.
