Location: Must reside within the area of Rochester, NY or Syracuse, NY. Local travel up to 75% required.

Salary: Base $50,000, OTE $100,000+

What you will do

• Sell Genius® POS and hirify.global solutions to small and mid-sized merchants.
• Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Conduct live product demos showcasing payment processing and inventory management.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to finalizing contracts.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity using Atlas and Salesforce CRM.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.

Requirements

• Must reside within the area of the job posting (Rochester/Syracuse, NY).
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven "hunter" mindset.
• Minimum age of 18.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of B2B, SaaS, or POS sales experience.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environments.
• College degree.
