What you will do

  • Plan and execute joint GTM campaigns with regional and global partners and targeted to-partner awareness campaigns.
  • Manage the Market Development Fund (MDF) process, including fund allocation, spending tracking, and pipeline reporting.
  • Build and own marketing relationships with OEM reseller partners, from plan development to activation.
  • Create repeatable global playbooks, templates, and toolkits to scale the partner marketing function.
  • Align partner marketing efforts with target account strategies to ensure direct contributions to pipeline generation.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across a globally distributed team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B partner, channel, or alliance marketing, ideally in fintech or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of executing joint GTM campaigns with large consulting firms (e.g., Accenture, PwC, Capgemini) or OEM partners.
  • Hands-on experience managing MDF programs with a strong grip on ROI and attribution.
  • Experience building marketing programs and frameworks from scratch in scale-up environments.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Data-driven approach to tracking and reporting pipeline contribution.
