What you will do

  • Deliver effective technical presentations and live product overviews to assist in new account acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives by providing technical insights and feedback to drive sales.
  • Drive and manage evaluations for new accounts to validate specific use cases and prove business outcomes.
  • Continuously learn new technologies to maintain a deep understanding of the hirify.global platform.
  • Build strong internal relationships across the company to ensure customer needs are met and obstacles are overcome.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University.
  • 3+ years of technical experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or Professional Services.
  • Experience in a pre-sales consulting role, specifically with Enterprise software solutions (Process Automation, ERP, Data Integration, etc.).
  • High-level understanding of organizational structures in large enterprises and their typical business challenges.
  • Knowledge of ERP solution aspects, including Financials, Procure to Pay, Plan to Build, and Quote to Cash.
