What you will do

• Design and maintain complex automation workflows for marketing and sales outreach using Zapier and core GTM platforms.
• Architect seamless integrations between Marketo, Salesforce, and specialized GTM tools to ensure real-time data flow.
• Build and manage sophisticated data enrichment waterfalls using platforms like Clay, Lusha, and ZoomInfo.
• Implement Generative AI (OpenAI, Anthropic) within automated workflows to scale personalized outbound messaging via Outreach.
• Oversee data integrity, hygiene, lead deduplication, routing, and audience segmentation across the MarTech stack.
• Analyze workflow performance, conversion rates, and ROI to provide data-driven growth recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or GTM systems within a B2B SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with modern GTM automation and enrichment tools, specifically Clay.
• Strong proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce, with a deep understanding of marketing-sales alignment.
• Expertise in building advanced automated workflows using Zapier or custom API/webhook connections.
• Ability to write custom scripts in Python, JavaScript, or SQL for advanced data manipulation and scraping.
• Must be based in the United States.
