Location: Hoboken, NJ (Hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do
- Develop and execute partner enablement programs for sales, delivery, and technical roles.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and readiness teams to translate needs into structured programs.
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and resources for partner proficiency.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including timelines, communications, and stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor partner performance trends to inform program updates and new initiatives.
- Engage directly with partners to gather feedback and enhance enablement effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel programs, or customer success.
- Experience coordinating training or readiness programs for external audiences.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and B2B SaaS sales motions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
