What you will do
- Lead a global team responsible for maintaining vendor relationships and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for Global Payroll and EOR in-housing, from selection to migration and testing.
- Conduct continuous market research and financial cost analysis to optimize ROI and profit margins.
- Negotiate contracts between legal teams and executives to ensure commercial benefits and strategic alignment.
- Drive Go-To-Market strategies for onboarding and expanding operations into new countries.
- Partner with FP&A and AP teams to monitor invoice costs and identify anomalies against contractual agreements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in regional or global payroll operations, processing, or implementation.
- 5+ years of experience in vendor relationship management, procurement, and contract negotiations.
- Proficiency in payroll tax compliance regulations for 3 or more countries.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, asynchronous international environment.
