Salary: £91,550 — £103,000 GBP

What you will do

  • Lead a global team responsible for maintaining vendor relationships and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for Global Payroll and EOR in-housing, from selection to migration and testing.
  • Conduct continuous market research and financial cost analysis to optimize ROI and profit margins.
  • Negotiate contracts between legal teams and executives to ensure commercial benefits and strategic alignment.
  • Drive Go-To-Market strategies for onboarding and expanding operations into new countries.
  • Partner with FP&A and AP teams to monitor invoice costs and identify anomalies against contractual agreements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in regional or global payroll operations, processing, or implementation.
  • 5+ years of experience in vendor relationship management, procurement, and contract negotiations.
  • Proficiency in payroll tax compliance regulations for 3 or more countries.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, asynchronous international environment.
