Salary: $122,200 CAD - $172,600 CAD

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end execution of merit, equity, and bonus compensation cycles, including timeline management and system configuration.
- Perform annual market analysis, job matching, and translate data into competitive positioning and program design recommendations.
- Partner with Finance and Talent Management to align budgets and ensure a coherent employee experience from performance to pay.
- Build scalable tools, templates, calculators, and dashboards to increase operational efficiency.
- Integrate AI tools to accelerate research, analyze data, and reduce manual lift across the compensation function.
- Develop and evangelize compensation literacy through documentation and scalable resources for managers and leaders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of compensation experience in business-facing or cross-functional roles.
- Proven experience leading compensation cycles in global, matrixed environments.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to build models and interpret budget data.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
- Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
- Curiosity and comfort with using AI tools to improve operational workflows.
