TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in Ontario, Canada)

Salary: $122,200 CAD - $172,600 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end execution of merit, equity, and bonus compensation cycles, including timeline management and system configuration.
  • Perform annual market analysis, job matching, and translate data into competitive positioning and program design recommendations.
  • Partner with Finance and Talent Management to align budgets and ensure a coherent employee experience from performance to pay.
  • Build scalable tools, templates, calculators, and dashboards to increase operational efficiency.
  • Integrate AI tools to accelerate research, analyze data, and reduce manual lift across the compensation function.
  • Develop and evangelize compensation literacy through documentation and scalable resources for managers and leaders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of compensation experience in business-facing or cross-functional roles.
  • Proven experience leading compensation cycles in global, matrixed environments.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to build models and interpret budget data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
  • Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
  • Curiosity and comfort with using AI tools to improve operational workflows.
