What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey from initial onboarding to contract renewal.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct training and onboarding to ensure new customers reach their goals quickly.
- Drive customer engagement and accelerate time-to-value for the product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Monitor account health to ensure high customer satisfaction and meet monthly retention targets.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Toronto, Ontario
- Strong organizational and process management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a commitment to client advocacy.
