Salary: €49,300 – €66,900

What you will do

• Conduct daily live strategy and training sessions using Zoom, Salesforce, and CSAT.
• Guide customers toward achieving their "first value" to ensure rapid realization of product benefits.
• Manage multiple client cases, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and ownership windows.
• Proactively monitor account health and implement churn prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Enablement for smooth product adoption.
• Contribute to the internal and customer-facing knowledge base.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in facilitating live Zoom sessions.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Dublin Hub (Hybrid).

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
