Customer Success Specialist (SaaS): Driving user adoption and retention for photogrammetry software across North America with an accent on technical onboarding, workflow consulting, and account health management. Location: Hybrid (2 days/week in Greenwood Village office); must be based in the Denver Metro area
Salary: $61,000 – $83,000 base + quarterly bonuses

What you will do
- Partner with Sales during pre-sales to define success criteria and technical workflows for prospects.
- Lead technical implementation and onboarding for the ecosystem to ensure rapid speed-to-value.
- Monitor account health metrics to proactively engage at-risk users and ensure long-term retention.
- Identify and collaborate on upsell and expansion opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
- Act as the voice of the user by funneling feedback and bugs to Product and Engineering teams.
- Deliver webinars, office hours, and in-person training events.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a client-facing SaaS role (Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support).
- Experience in geospatial, ag-tech, construction, telecom, or field service industries.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts like coordinate systems or point clouds.
- Willingness to travel 20-30% for client site visits and industry trade shows.
- Must be based in the Denver Metro area to support the hybrid office requirement.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with the software ecosystem.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish.
- Background in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or Construction Management.
- Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
