Location: Hybrid; must be based in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto (minimum 2 days per week in office)

Salary: $70,200 – $95,000 CAD

What you will do

• Conduct strategy and training sessions to ensure customers effectively adopt hirify.global Work and the broader product suite.
• Master AI workflows for research and document analysis to help clients maximize operational efficiency.
• Manage multiple client cases and account health to proactively prevent churn and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Enablement teams to ensure a seamless transition for new users.
• Act as the voice of the customer by internally advocating for features and processes to improve the user experience.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the internal and customer-facing knowledge base.

Requirements

• 1+ years of legal experience at a paralegal level or higher.
• Demonstrated understanding of the legal industry and the specific needs of legal professionals.
• Experience teaching complex skills using diverse learning styles.
• Must be based in or able to commute to offices in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to professional groups.
• Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly master new software and AI tools.
