Salary: $65,000 - 80,000 plus commission

What you will do
- Manage a book of SMB customers as the primary day-to-day point of contact to ensure high satisfaction and product adoption.
- Drive onboarding, training, and reboarding efforts to help customers realize maximum value from the platform.
- Lead the end-to-end renewal process for SMB accounts and proactively identify opportunities for expansion and upsells.
- Monitor account health metrics and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent churn.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex customer issues.
- Track and optimize key impact metrics including NRR, GRR, and CSAT.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or Support) at a SaaS organization.
- Must be located in the United States (applications from candidates outside the US cannot be accepted).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to organize and prioritize a high-volume portfolio of accounts.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer visits and company retreats.
