What you will do

• Define the strategic vision for the Partner Marketing department aligned with overall growth objectives.
• Lead and coach the partner marketing team to ensure high standards of craft and operational excellence.
• Execute B2B2C go-to-market motions and omni-channel campaigns to drive Pro enrollments.
• Design ABM-lite motions for Key Accounts to generate qualified leads for new partner organizations.
• Establish KPIs and monitor effectiveness to make data-driven adjustments and improve ROI.
• Manage the department budget, resource planning, and agency relationships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience, with 4+ years leading partner, channel, affiliate, or B2B2C marketing.
• Proven track record of hitting acquisition goals by activating a partner's customer or member base.
• Experience owning B2B lead generation and ABM motions from target selection through pipeline delivery.
• Hands-on expertise running integrated campaigns across email, webinars, live events, and paid media.
• Strong commercial instincts with the ability to manage unit economics and collaborate with Sales and Finance leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Track record of integrating AI and emerging technologies into organizational strategy to accelerate scale.
• Experience in vertical SaaS, home services, or marketing to franchise/multi-location customers.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing marketing teams from the ground up.
