Salary: $205,000–$220,000 per annum

What you will do

  • Drive qualified pipeline across inbound, outbound, and product-led motions to meet aggressive revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across paid media, SEO, lifecycle email, and website optimization.
  • Analyze and improve conversion rates across the full funnel, from first touch through closed-won.
  • Oversee demand generation programs including ABM, digital campaigns, webinars, and content distribution.
  • Build a culture of rapid experimentation using A/B testing and CRO grounded in data and ROI.
  • Evaluate and optimize the Martech stack, including HubSpot and Salesforce, while leading a high-performing growth team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, with 3–5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue in B2B SaaS (AI or enterprise software experience strongly preferred).
  • Deep expertise in paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions (SQL knowledge is a plus).
  • Must be based in the United States.
