What you will do

• Develop GTM strategy, messaging, and positioning for new products and features across various sectors.
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution for major product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Build and optimize self-serve acquisition funnels to increase sign-ups, trials, and paid conversions.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to create story-driven content and case studies.
• Equip B2B sales teams with GTM assets, including pitch decks, demo scripts, and competitive battle cards.
• Manage global digital programs across social media, email, and content marketing channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS, preferably across B2B and B2B2C.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with a strong ability to produce high-quality written content.
• Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing programs to reach company-level targets.
• Expertise with CRM systems, web analytics, A/B testing, and lifecycle marketing.
• Must be based in LATAM or the USA.

• Experience with free-to-paid conversion models in SaaS.
