What you will do
- Own the Flamethrower application pipeline, including review, triage, and processing based on ICP and eligibility criteria.
- Manage credit allocation and maintain accurate program records using HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Coordinate founder onboarding to ensure startups are activated and connected to resources quickly.
- Support the Director in expanding relationships with VCs, accelerators, and startup community organizations.
- Synthesize structured feedback from founders into actionable input for DevRel and Product teams.
- Build and refine operational playbooks to scale the program as volume grows.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in startup ecosystems, accelerator operations, VC-adjacent roles, or community management.
- Must be based in the US.
- Demonstrated comfort with operational excellence and administrative detail.
- Strong written communication skills for founder-facing and internal correspondence.
- Ability to manage workloads independently and proactively flag issues.
Nice to have
- Prior experience at an accelerator, VC firm, startup studio, or developer-focused platform.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or developer tooling.
- Experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM for pipeline tracking.
- Comfort with travel and non-standard hours for ecosystem events.
