What you will do

  • Build revenue pipeline for the EMEA region using outbound tools and highly personalized outreach.
  • Prospect into target accounts via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other creative outbound strategies.
  • Source and qualify new sales opportunities from both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer workflows and determine strong sales opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to develop opportunities and support early-stage deal progression.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and contribute to the global sales playbook.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup, preferably in sales development or project management.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Strong executive presence and comfort presenting to sophisticated executive buyers.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to convey technical AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Must be based in Dublin.
