What you will do

• Run Insurance and Health services processes, including invoicing and claims treatment.
• Monitor operational volumes, efficiency, and SLAs to identify risks and improvement areas.
• Supervise partnerships with providers (e.g., teleconsultation, claim operators) and handle negotiations.
• Perform quality controls on daily operations to ensure correct decision-making and identify training needs.
• Implement continuous process improvements and work with product teams to automate manual steps.

Requirements

• Must be based in France, Belgium, or Spain.
• Experience operating processes for scale-ups or within industrial/logistics industries.
• Background in Support functions, Account Management, or Communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English as well as French or Dutch.
• Analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• No visa sponsorship is provided for this role.
