Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 annually

What you will do

• Translate company strategy into actionable goals and OKRs while conducting competitive intelligence and market research.
• Manage complex operational programs end-to-end, from defining scope and timelines through execution and post-launch optimization.
• Drive execution across active workstreams involving product, engineering, clinical, and sales functions.
• Design and implement standardized operational processes, templates, and reporting tools to improve transparency.
• Prepare drafts of materials for the Senior Leadership Team and the board, distilling complex data into clean narratives.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, investment banking, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data findings into clear recommendations.
• Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and manage multiple workstreams.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
