Location: Hybrid in New York, NY. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 annually

What you will do
- Translate company strategy into actionable goals and OKRs while conducting competitive intelligence and market research.
- Manage complex operational programs end-to-end, from defining scope and timelines through execution and post-launch optimization.
- Drive execution across active workstreams involving product, engineering, clinical, and sales functions.
- Design and implement standardized operational processes, templates, and reporting tools to improve transparency.
- Prepare drafts of materials for the Senior Leadership Team and the board, distilling complex data into clean narratives.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, investment banking, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data findings into clear recommendations.
- Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and manage multiple workstreams.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
