What you will do

• Design and evolve end-to-end Provider Operations workflows and standardize the operating model across the organization.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation to ensure scalability.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to translate operational needs into system and tooling improvements.
• Drive a culture of operational excellence by standardizing processes, documentation, and best practices.
• Identify systemic inefficiencies and design solutions across people, process, and technology to improve provider experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience using analytics to solve complex business or operational problems in a high-growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a quantitative field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL, BI tools, and Google Sheets.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and align diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a structured approach to ambiguous challenges.
