What you will do

• Serve as main point of contact across internal departments for client projects.
• Onboard low to medium complexity delivery projects and lead discussions on plans, risks, and issues.
• Collaborate on success strategies, identify client needs, and drive solutions.
• Ensure flawless execution of best practices, complete documentation, and troubleshoot issues.
• Foster post-launch client relationships and coordinate resources.
• Provide project status reporting, escalate issues, and travel for meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Relevant project management experience and training.
• Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and communication skills in fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Project Management Information System (PMIS).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate general understanding of hirify.global products.
