What you will do
- Lead client-facing projects for onboarding, service enhancements, platform configuration, and annual enrollment.
- Partner with service delivery, implementation, product, and technology teams to ensure on-time execution and exceptional client experience.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
- Develop and execute project plans using Smartsheet, Jira, and Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies.
- Communicate status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders with focus on client impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5–10 years in benefits administration products/platforms in client-facing or service delivery roles.
- 2–5 years direct project management of complex, cross-functional client initiatives.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet (strongly required), Jira, and project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, service delivery models, and annual enrollment cycles.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently remotely.
Nice to have
- PMP certification.
- Experience leading large-scale annual enrollment projects.
- Background in benefits technology, consulting, or SaaS environments.
- Managing complex client implementations or service transformations.
