What you will do

• Lead client-facing projects for onboarding, service enhancements, platform configuration, and annual enrollment.
• Partner with service delivery, implementation, product, and technology teams to ensure on-time execution and exceptional client experience.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Develop and execute project plans using Smartsheet, Jira, and Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies.
• Communicate status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders with focus on client impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–10 years in benefits administration products/platforms in client-facing or service delivery roles.
• 2–5 years direct project management of complex, cross-functional client initiatives.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet (strongly required), Jira, and project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, service delivery models, and annual enrollment cycles.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently remotely.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience leading large-scale annual enrollment projects.
• Background in benefits technology, consulting, or SaaS environments.
• Managing complex client implementations or service transformations.
