What you will do

• Lead client meetings as technical and subject matter expert throughout implementation lifecycle.
• Manage client expectations, anticipate issues, and communicate clear delivery timelines.
• Own full-cycle implementation workstreams including system configuration, testing, data conversion, COBRA setup, communications, vendor integrations, and payroll.
• Coach Implementation Analysts, troubleshoot client inquiries, and resolve system or process gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, research enhancements, and escalate project risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 3+ years hands-on full lifecycle implementation experience with benefits administration platforms, including configuration, testing, data conversion, and rollout
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and MS Office Suite knowledge
• Strong written/verbal communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently/collaboratively in fast-paced environment with high productivity
• Willingness to travel as needed
