What you will do

• Support planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of clinical studies.
• Collaborate with clinical trial sites to ensure smooth startup and conduct of services.
• Configure and troubleshoot technical implementations of hirify.global data collection platforms and devices.
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for hirify.global products and backend environments.
• Develop study documentation and analyze performance reports to support site quality.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to meet contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, clinical research, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• High proficiency with hirify.global products, software, and devices.
• Based in or able to work from the United States.
• Ability to travel approximately 20%.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
