What you will do

• Manage client site implementations and ongoing maintenance, including updates to benefit matrices, rates, permissions, and requirements.
• Partner with internal teams and clients to deliver benefits class matrices, configure annual changes, and execute service processes.
• Test system functionality, conduct demonstrations, and ensure accurate client configurations.
• Triage and resolve client issues within 24 hours, providing proactive communication throughout.
• Drive process improvements, coach team members, lead client meetings, and manage special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years direct client-facing experience and 2+ years project management.
• Experience in benefits administration, including benefit plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment processes.
• Hands-on experience configuring benefits administration platforms, specifically hirify.global platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
