What you will do
- Manage client site implementations and ongoing maintenance, including updates to benefit matrices, rates, permissions, and requirements.
- Partner with internal teams and clients to deliver benefits class matrices, configure annual changes, and execute service processes.
- Test system functionality, conduct demonstrations, and ensure accurate client configurations.
- Triage and resolve client issues within 24 hours, providing proactive communication throughout.
- Drive process improvements, coach team members, lead client meetings, and manage special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years direct client-facing experience and 2+ years project management.
- Experience in benefits administration, including benefit plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment processes.
- Hands-on experience configuring benefits administration platforms, specifically platform.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with HR technology or SaaS-based benefits platforms.
