What you will do

  • Operationalize, optimize, and improve a repeatable outbound sales process to consistently exceed growth targets.
  • Develop and scale best practices to transition the organization toward high-quality, account-based selling (ABM).
  • Lead, develop, and coach Sales Directors and Account Executives through disciplined pipeline reviews and forecasting.
  • Partner with Marketing to align outbound and inbound strategies and leverage intent data to improve lead quality.
  • Represent the company externally by speaking at industry events, panels, and podcasts to strengthen market presence.
  • Champion the use of AI-powered prospecting and workflow automation to enhance productivity and pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing outbound B2B sales organizations.
  • Deep expertise in B2B marketing, specifically within SaaS, ABM, demand generation, or MarTech environments.
  • Strong operational discipline in establishing repeatable processes and improving forecasting accuracy.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising, DSPs, or B2B intent platforms.
  • Proficiency in CRM reporting and intent platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or Bombora.
  • Must be based in North America.
