TL;DR

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (AI/Analytics): Driving strategic value for key enterprise clients by guiding them through complex analytics and AI operationalization with an accent on platform adoption and strategic account growth. Focus on managing high-ARR portfolios, aligning technical solutions with business objectives, and influencing the product roadmap.

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in downtown San Francisco office)

Salary: $115,000 - $145,000

What you will do

  • Own the success and strategic outcomes for a portfolio of high-value enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to translate customer business goals into actionable technical strategies.
  • Drive platform adoption and engagement by providing guidance on BI best practices and product functionality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams.
  • Facilitate executive business reviews and synthesize customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
  • Travel regularly to customer locations domestically and internationally for strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success, technical account management, or solution consulting within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience managing strategic accounts, ideally with portfolios exceeding $1M ARR.
  • Strong analytical acumen with experience in BI platforms, APIs, or data tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous growth-stage environments.
  • Must be based in San Francisco and able to work from the office 3 days a week.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing pricing, sales, renewals, or expansion discussions.
  • Background in product management or design thinking processes.
  • Technical experience in data engineering or sales engineering.
