TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Austin, USA (office attendance 2-3 times per week)

What you will do
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with a corporate book of business to understand their ecosystems and goals.
- Conduct regular business reviews to present data-driven narratives demonstrating value and desired outcomes.
- Drive product adoption by educating customers on effective API usage and feature leverage.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify growth potential and create up-sell/cross-sell pipelines.
- Own customer renewals, forecast retention, and proactively identify and mitigate churn risks.
- Act as a customer advocate by collaborating with Support, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience managing client relationships at senior levels with a proven track record in retention.
- Background in sales or account management, specifically regarding renewals and expansion.
- Technical comfort with APIs and experience supporting customers who integrate solutions into their own products.
- Experience in the Software/SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in Spanish is ideal; knowledge of Portuguese or French is highly beneficial.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Austin office in a hybrid capacity.
