TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI): Driving adoption and long-term value across a portfolio of enterprise accounts for an AI and data context platform with an accent on onboarding, account expansion, and data governance. Focus on translating technical adoption progress into business value for executive stakeholders and collaborating with product teams to influence the roadmap.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in London, England (2-3 days in Borough High Street office)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end, covering onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
  • Develop and execute adoption plans tailored to customer goals and data maturity.
  • Guide customers through initial setup, configuration, and common troubleshooting scenarios.
  • Communicate adoption progress and business value to executive stakeholders through clear narratives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks for at-risk accounts to ensure long-term retention.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role managing multiple enterprise accounts (CSM, Account Management, or TAM).
  • Familiarity with data governance, data cataloging, or metadata management.
  • Exposure to data stack tools such as dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, or Databricks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical data practitioners and business executives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for running decision-driven meetings.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience using and configuring hirify.global.
  • Experience as an internal champion for hirify.global adoption within an organization.
  • Professional background in analytics, data operations, or data product management.
  • Previous experience in startups or consulting.
