Location: Based in the Dublin office (Office-centric hybrid schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in-office)
Salary: €58,000 - €65,000 OTE

What you will do
- Create EMEA pipeline by identifying, researching, and engaging high-potential prospects across key regions.
- Execute targeted, multi-channel outbound prospecting including email, phone, and social to generate qualified opportunities.
- Master ’s product and value proposition to tailor outreach to specific customer needs.
- Partner directly with Account Executives to build quality pipeline and drive customer acquisition.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity metrics and pipeline generation targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in French.
- 1+ year of experience in inbound or outbound sales development or a relevant customer-facing role.
- Must be based in Dublin, Ireland to adhere to the office-centric hybrid schedule.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to integrity.
- Analytical thinking to identify patterns across data sets and optimize outreach.
