Scaled Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a large portfolio of EMEA customers to drive adoption and expansion of the hirify.global platform with an accent on tailored consultations, trainings, and at-scale outreach campaigns. Focus on designing success playbooks, improving customer workflows through AI tools, and collaborating with sales to maximize ROI for strategic accounts.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (Anchor Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

What you will do

  • Manage a large portfolio of customers across the EMEA region to drive adoption and expansion.
  • Onboard and expand the customer base through tailored hirify.global consultations and training programs.
  • Design and execute at-scale outreach campaigns to key points of contact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales partners to ensure strong product adoption.
  • Act as an in-house product ambassador to optimize customer workflows and ROI.
  • Identify strategic customers to drive monthly active users and seat expansion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience at a fast-growing software company.
  • Proven track record of success in Customer Success or Account Management roles.
  • Fluent French speaker.
  • Experience managing a high volume of accounts.
  • Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a nascent team environment.
  • Must be based in Dublin, Ireland for in-office collaboration on anchor days.

Nice to have

  • Experience building Customer Success playbooks or processes.
  • Experience in scaled program management or using Outreach, Salesforce, and Gainsight.
  • Prior experience using hirify.global.
  • Previous experience as an early hire at a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong technical skills.
