What you will do
- Manage a large portfolio of customers across the EMEA region to drive adoption and expansion.
- Onboard and expand the customer base through tailored consultations and training programs.
- Design and execute at-scale outreach campaigns to key points of contact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales partners to ensure strong product adoption.
- Act as an in-house product ambassador to optimize customer workflows and ROI.
- Identify strategic customers to drive monthly active users and seat expansion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience at a fast-growing software company.
- Proven track record of success in Customer Success or Account Management roles.
- Fluent French speaker.
- Experience managing a high volume of accounts.
- Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a nascent team environment.
- Must be based in Dublin, Ireland for in-office collaboration on anchor days.
Nice to have
- Experience building Customer Success playbooks or processes.
- Experience in scaled program management or using Outreach, Salesforce, and Gainsight.
- Prior experience using .
