TL;DR

Account Executive (Legal AI): Driving growth by acquiring new solo practitioners and small law firms for a legal practice management system with an accent on full-cycle sales and territory management. Focus on conducting product demonstrations, managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce, and leveraging AI to improve sales efficiency.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, or Sydney; minimum 2 days in-office per week)

Salary: $60,800 – $91,400 CAD base + commission $49,800 – $74,600 CAD

What you will do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory through prospecting.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing using phone, email, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain and accurately forecast the sales pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Conduct discovery calls and tailor product solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Collaborate with qualifying and cross-functional teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Stay updated on legal industry trends to adapt and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Minimum 1 year of SaaS full-cycle sales experience preferred.
  • Experience managing both inbound and outbound pipelines effectively.
  • Proficiency in preparing and leading product demonstrations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, or Sydney.

Nice to have

  • Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or SalesNavigator.
  • Keen interest in using AI to improve sales performance.
