Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, or Sydney; minimum 2 days in-office per week)
Salary: $60,800 – $91,400 CAD base + commission $49,800 – $74,600 CAD

What you will do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory through prospecting.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing using phone, email, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain and accurately forecast the sales pipeline using Salesforce.
- Conduct discovery calls and tailor product solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Collaborate with qualifying and cross-functional teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Stay updated on legal industry trends to adapt and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Minimum 1 year of SaaS full-cycle sales experience preferred.
- Experience managing both inbound and outbound pipelines effectively.
- Proficiency in preparing and leading product demonstrations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, or Sydney.
Nice to have
- Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or SalesNavigator.
- Keen interest in using AI to improve sales performance.
