TL;DR

Revenue Operations Lead (Ads Solutions): Driving strategy, planning, and execution of Ads Solutions efforts in the enterprise with an accent on capacity modeling, compensation design, and headcount management. Focus on designing incentive programs, optimizing revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional leadership to meet business objectives.

Location: Based in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days in office per week). Relocation assistance is provided.

Salary: $293K – $405K + Equity

What you will do

  • Oversee end-to-end planning for Ads Solutions, including capacity, headcount, quotas, and pipeline management.
  • Build and refine capacity models in partnership with Finance, Recruiting, and Ops for effective hiring execution.
  • Design, implement, and manage incentive programs and compensation strategies to boost productivity and revenue.
  • Develop reporting frameworks to measure productivity and present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, HR) to ensure strategic alignment and operational optimization.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in revenue operations, strategy, and planning at a high-growth technology company.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in compensation plan design and modeling.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent CRM and sales commission software.
  • Experience managing a team of 5+ operational team members.
  • Deep understanding of the AI landscape and advertising industry problems.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
