What you will do

  • Refine sales methodologies, create playbooks, and map the customer journey for improved efficiency.
  • Own the sales technology stack, including CRM and sales enablement tools, ensuring data integrity and adoption.
  • Define metrics for sales effectiveness and build analytics dashboards to inform executive decisions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to provide the sales team with collateral, competitive intelligence, and training.
  • Drive the operational execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for North America and EMEA regions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape and challenges regarding ad fraud and privacy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be based in the DMV area for hybrid work in Mclean, VA.
