What you will do
- Lead and scale People Ops team handling onboarding, offboarding, data integrity, immigration, and global mobility across US, Canada, Ireland, England, Australia, and Israel
- Assess current processes, establish operating model and strategy to support growth
- Ensure operational excellence in core processes for accuracy, compliance, and employee experience
- Partner with People Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, and Legal for compliance and execution
- Manage HRIS data integrity, audits, reporting, and immigration programs
- Build high-performing team and advise leadership on operations and trends
Requirements
- 8+ years progressive People Operations or HR experience, 3+ years in people management
- Expertise in core People Ops at high-growth tech company, multi-country compliance and administration
- Builder's mindset for ambiguity, strong employment laws and payroll knowledge
- HRIS experience (HiBob/Workday), ticketing systems (Jira Service Management)
- Operational execution, strategic planning, data-driven problem-solving
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, bias for action
- Open to using AI responsibly
