What you will do

• Lead meetings and develop master project budgets and timelines across all project phases.
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews from conceptual design through construction.
• Manage the selection, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices to provide financial counsel to account managers.
• Supervise and develop Project Managers, Space Planners, and CAD Operators.
• Participate in the marketing and presentation of professional services to clients.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related area.
• Minimum of 7 years of directly related experience in an engineering or construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in project management.
• Must be located in or able to work in Kansas City, Missouri, USA.
