What you will do

• Gather and maintain project data using Oracle ERP, including setup, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee customer agreements, billing events, milestones, and expenditures.
• Coordinate across functions to ensure correct revenue recognition for NRE and prototype sales.
• Manage project scope, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion and performance objectives.
• Provide regular project status updates to sales, operations, quality, and finance teams.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conduct data audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an engineering project administrator or coordinator role.
• Proficiency in computer and project management applications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in teams.
• Understanding of project budgeting and forecasting.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Alden, NY
