What you will do

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closing, ensuring projects are on time and on budget.
• Manage daily communications, scheduling, and deliverables from engineering, CAD, and programming teams.
• Act as the primary client interface to develop long-term relationships and manage expectations.
• Monitor labor, equipment, and materials budgets to ensure profitability.
• Perform field verification of work sites and coordinate documentation between stakeholders.
• Mentor other Project Managers and lead teams on large, sensitive projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction trades or related areas.
• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• AVIXA CTS certification.
• Deep knowledge of audio/video systems and low voltage electrical projects.
• Strong financial background in project cost accounting.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for frequent site travel.
