Salary: $115,000 – $160,000 annually

What you will do

• Provide end-to-end management of a multi-project capital program encompassing compliance, lifecycle, and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee all phases of delivery, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage design and construction partners.
• Maintain integrated schedules and budgets while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing campus operations within regulated and active environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or architecture discipline (Process, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred).
• 5-10+ years of project management experience in industrial construction environments.
• Proven experience leading multiple industrial construction projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments such as Pharma, Medical Device, or Semi-Conductor.
• Strong understanding and experience in project controls.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
