TL;DR
Account Executive, SLED (SaaS): Drive revenue growth in SLED accounts for midsize enterprises through new logo acquisition and expansion of existing customers with an accent on sales process management from demo to contract negotiation. Focus on prospecting, building sales pipelines, C-level presentations, and partnering with ISVs and strategic partners.
Location: Must sit near Chicago, IL office hub or in the region (IL, IA, MO, AR, OK). Ability to travel 25%.
Salary: $260,000 — $390,000 USD OTE (for candidates in CA excl. SF Bay Area, CO, IL, NY, WA)

What you will do
- Manage full sales cycle for midsize new logo customers (50-2000 employees) from demo to contract negotiation
- Expand business within existing customers through long-term strategic relationships
- Develop and execute against quota and territory plan
- Prospect, forecast, and maintain sales pipeline with Sales Development Representatives
- Present to C-level executives via field visits and web demonstrations
- Partner with ISVs and strategic partners to generate revenue
Requirements
- 5+ years SLED sales and account management in SaaS/Cloud B2B environment
- Proven track record selling to mid-sized/enterprise customers in territory
- Must sit near Chicago, IL office or in region (IL, IA, MO, AR, OK); travel 25%
- ISV or Channel experience strongly preferred
- IT/Security sales experience strongly preferred
- BS/BA degree preferred
