TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (MedTech): Developing and maintaining relationships with key customer stakeholders in the Life Science & MedTech sector with an accent on driving product adoption and achieving defined customer outcomes. Focus on creating detailed success plans, securing renewals, identifying revenue opportunities, and managing client issues for timely resolution.

Location: Hybrid, in San Bruno, California or Boston, Massachusetts. Must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Salary: $124,000 – $176,000

What you will do

  • Build trusted relationships with client executives and key stakeholders to drive product adoption and achieve customer outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions, including leading meetings and managing requests.
  • Create and configure detailed success plans aligned with product use cases and customer objectives.
  • Secure renewals and proactively identify new revenue opportunities to achieve growth targets.
  • Drive the escalation and timely resolution of client issues and potential risks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing existing clients as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
  • 5+ years of experience managing high-value, complex, and strategic partnership accounts.
  • Highly customer-centric with excellent interpersonal skills for communication and collaboration.
  • Data-driven, organized, and detail-oriented with strong relationship management abilities.
  • Accountable, strong work ethic, sense of urgency and ownership, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with federal or state government agencies and/or within the public sector.
  • Experience with laboratory operations and/or diagnostics.
