What you will do

• Assign coverage based on skills and sport expertise to optimize utilization and service quality.
• Build and maintain daily/weekly rosters and shift plans aligned with demand and contracted hours.
• Balance hours to maximize utilization while avoiding over/under-allocation.
• Support stakeholders via communications: update rosters, coverage trackers, and record changes like swaps or cancellations.
• Maintain and update procedures, templates, dashboards, and documentation.
