What you will do
- Analyze product usage and marketing campaign performance to optimize growth and revenue impact.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments to translate results into actionable business strategies.
- Develop and maintain strategic dashboards and reports to track key KPIs.
- Build and deploy automated data pipelines and models to streamline reporting.
- Investigate data anomalies and present clear business recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the product analytics team to enhance data infrastructure and tools.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product and/or marketing analytics with measurable business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (Anaconda, Poetry/Pipenv).
- Experience with AWS (S3, ECR, EKS), Git, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with reporting tools like Tableau, Streamlit, and orchestration tools such as Prefect or Airflow.
- Must be based in Argentina, Colombia, or Mexico.
Nice to have
- Experience with MLflow, SpiceRack, or Databricks.
- Familiarity with hyperparameter optimization using Ax or Optuna.
- Experience contributing to advanced analytics tools and data infrastructure.
