Business Analyst Middle [Payments & Transfers] (Fintech)

hirify.global is building a new bank from scratch in Colombia, focusing on core financial products including P2P transfers and online payments.

What you will do

• Analyze technical documentation and APIs to translate them into business requirements (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Collaborate with external payment providers and transfer systems to launch product integrations.
• Define data and system requirements and support the technical integration lifecycle.
• Work with product designers to define user flows and improve overall UX.
• Manage the development lifecycle including clarifications, UAT, and releases.
• Run A/B tests and define product metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, banking, or payments.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation, specifically APIs and integration flows.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements (BRDs, user stories, use cases).
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within an agile environment.
• English: B2 or higher required for communication with an international team.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating with external service providers.
• Familiarity with or strong interest in LATAM markets.
