What you will do
- Build automated scraping and gap-analysis scripts to trigger precision lead generation for the Hunter team.
- Implement multi-channel AI-assisted outreach sequences via WhatsApp Business API, LinkedIn, and Phone.
- Maintain Salesforce data quality through weekly automated enrichment and de-duplication audits using tools like Clay or Apollo.
- Automate handoff workflows and CRM alerts to reduce lead-to-contact time to under 24 hours.
- Analyze top-of-funnel health in Salesforce or Looker and present growth narratives to leadership.
- Design and document the end-to-end prospecting process as a "Machine Builder".
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation using Python, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Expertise in configuring automation tools such as Clay, Apollo, PhantomBuster, and Zapier.
- Proven experience managing commercial pipelines and building dashboards in Salesforce or Looker.
- Ability to transform raw market data into actionable hunting lists.
