What you will do

  • Build automated scraping and gap-analysis scripts to trigger precision lead generation for the Hunter team.
  • Implement multi-channel AI-assisted outreach sequences via WhatsApp Business API, LinkedIn, and Phone.
  • Maintain Salesforce data quality through weekly automated enrichment and de-duplication audits using tools like Clay or Apollo.
  • Automate handoff workflows and CRM alerts to reduce lead-to-contact time to under 24 hours.
  • Analyze top-of-funnel health in Salesforce or Looker and present growth narratives to leadership.
  • Design and document the end-to-end prospecting process as a "Machine Builder".

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Engineering.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation using Python, Excel, or Google Sheets.
  • Expertise in configuring automation tools such as Clay, Apollo, PhantomBuster, and Zapier.
  • Proven experience managing commercial pipelines and building dashboards in Salesforce or Looker.
  • Ability to transform raw market data into actionable hunting lists.
