What you will do
- Reduce fraud loss rate via SQL analysis and real-time mitigation rules balancing risk and conversion.
- Optimize false positive ratios by refining decision engines and model thresholds.
- Deploy at least two major anti-fraud initiatives like identity verification or behavioral biometrics from framework to implementation.
- Build a high-performance fraud analytics team with talent development in SQL, Python, and modeling.
- Create real-time fraud reporting for executive visibility and rapid strategy pivots.
Requirements
- 3+ years in high-impact analytical roles (fraud, credit risk, or strategic consulting) with 2+ years in data-heavy roles.
- Mastery of SQL for complex queries and data-driven problem-solving.
- Experience deconstructing attacks/losses, thriving under pressure, and making credit policy decisions.
- Strong commercial acumen connecting insights to P&L and cross-functional influence skills.
- Proven track record in detection-to-action cycles and identifying security gaps.
