What you will do

  • Reduce fraud loss rate via SQL analysis and real-time mitigation rules balancing risk and conversion.
  • Optimize false positive ratios by refining decision engines and model thresholds.
  • Deploy at least two major anti-fraud initiatives like identity verification or behavioral biometrics from framework to implementation.
  • Build a high-performance fraud analytics team with talent development in SQL, Python, and modeling.
  • Create real-time fraud reporting for executive visibility and rapid strategy pivots.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in high-impact analytical roles (fraud, credit risk, or strategic consulting) with 2+ years in data-heavy roles.
  • Mastery of SQL for complex queries and data-driven problem-solving.
  • Experience deconstructing attacks/losses, thriving under pressure, and making credit policy decisions.
  • Strong commercial acumen connecting insights to P&L and cross-functional influence skills.
  • Proven track record in detection-to-action cycles and identifying security gaps.
