What you will do

• Own end-to-end analytics for the Colombia Delivery product, driving operational and strategic decisions.
• Build core operational analytics from scratch, including metric definition, tracking, and reporting.
• Design and launch reporting to provide transparency over delivery performance, costs, and service levels.
• Develop and optimize delivery mechanics, including zoning, routing, and delivery flows.
• Design and analyze the ambassador funnel, including hiring, onboarding, performance, and retention.
• Partner with business stakeholders to transform ambiguous problems into actionable technical solutions.

Requirements

• Mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university.
• Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and systematic thinking.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Superset.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical analytical tasks.
• English: B1+ proficiency required for international collaboration.
