What you will do

  • Lead financial planning processes including annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and scenario modeling.
  • Partner with senior leadership on pricing, new product opportunities, M&A, and growth strategies.
  • Develop models, dashboards, and reporting to surface critical KPIs for leadership decisions.
  • Lead the creation of executive materials for the Board, investors, and company-wide reviews.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Capital Markets to bring a financial lens to strategic decisions.
  • Build scalable reporting infrastructure and processes to enable finance team operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or corporate development.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with BI tools.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking to simplify complex problems.
  • Outstanding communication skills for presenting to C-level executives and investors.
  • Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Experience in F.I.G. (Financial Institutions Group), lending, or technology.
